Opap Group trains employees and associates in accordance with the principles of Responsible Gaming, so that they are able to:

• Provide players with information about the rules for Responsible Gaming
• Advise players who exhibit problematic behaviour to contact the 1114 Helpline.
• Prevent people from playing the company’s games if they are underage or belong to socially vulnerable groups.
• Dissuade players from playing for long periods during the day.
