OPAP rewarded for its corporate responsibility
Four major distinctions in Responsible Business Awards 2016 for the company’s effective support to society
OPAP confirmed its leading position in corporate responsibility with four major distinctions at the Responsible Business Awards 2016. The actions the company implements that support society in practice won four awards including two Gold, one Silver and one Bronze.
Specifically, OPAP claimed the following awards:
- GOLD for the renovation of two pediatric hospitals “Aghia Sofia” and “Panagioti and Aglaia Kyriacou” in the Society Category (Large enterprise)
- GOLD for the Route of Contribution in the context of the 33rd Authentic Athens Marathon – Communication Program / Consumer or Other Stakeholder Engagement Campaign Category
- SILVER for the Wishing Ornaments initiative supporting “Together For Children “ association - Fundraiser / Charity Activities Category (Large enterprise)
- BRONZE for OPAP Sports Academies – Sport Category (Large enterprise)
The Responsible Business Awards 2016 were held for a second consecutive year aiming at celebrating responsible business excellence in Greece.
