A fun surprise was waiting yesterday morning all the women who work at OPAP. On the occasion of the International Women Day, our CEO, Jan Karas and our Deputy CEO, Odysseas Christoforou, welcomed all the women at the reception of the head offices offering roses and wishes for the day.
Naturally, this initiative shared smiles and joy and is among the many initiatives the OPAP has organized this year, to honor the approximately 500 women of the company and thank them for their achievements, their hard work and their commitment.
Additionally, OPAP organized two special seminars on the positive change that women can bring to their lives.
On Tuesday 7th of March, Ms. Stella Kasdagli, Co-founder of Women On Top, Writer, Trainer & Facilitator spoke to the women of OPAP on «Changemaking – Ways to bring our vision to life and bring positive change, wherever we are, always”. She also exchanged interesting ideas with women and men from OPAP. The Deputy CEO of OPAP, Mr. Odysseas Christoforou introduced Mrs. Kasdagli to the audience and participated in the discussion.
On Wednesday 8th of March, the women employees of OPAP had the opportunity to discuss with Mrs. Eleftheria Zourou, Founder & CEO of Doctoranytime, member of OPAP Forward program. Mrs. Zourou spoke about the ways that conventional decision can change your life and shared her learning on entrepreneurship and life. Present at the discussion was also OPAP CEO, Mr. Jan Karas, who introduced Mrs. Zourou, shared wishes with the women employees of OPAP and thanked them for their contribution.
